go stock and do a "BTLM"... I don't see why it'd be any harder to black out the interior of the taillights than it is the headlights... that' my plan whenever i finally get a truck

Unlike our headlights, in order to do "BTLM" you need to cut along the groove where the clear lens and black backing of the tail light meet, instead of unscrewing a few screws. You have a higher chance of cracking lens.

well I'm just curious if anyone knows if the fog or not? I tried to the BTLM, with nite shades but screwed up the first time and had to use goo off to bring them back to normal and it cracked the housing from putting it on and being in the 100 degree heat. I can use them till winter but know it won't make it past the first 0 degree night.

Yeah... Those are the same Anzo's I've got. The only thing I wish is that the chrome around the LED's was black. Other than that no complaints.

I'm running the cheaper version (non Anzo) and have no complaints. I feel like they're brighter than stock and they look much better, IMO.

I had a set of those for awhile a couple of years ago. I was trying to anti-chromite my SR5 and I found a was still not happy with the chrome daisy in these lights. Ended up replacing them with a set of non-led aftermarket tails that had no chrome at all. But the lights worked great and did not fog.

That's the only part that I don't particularly like. It doesn't bother me enough to change them because they seem to be good lights with no issues such as fogging etc... I wish I would have paid a little more attention when I was buying them but it's not really that much different than the stock chrome so no big deal. I do really like the 3 LEDs on the side of the light though and they still look better than stock. All in all im happy with them.

There's been reference to Anzos and "cheaper" lights. Are the Alzeeta brand in the OP the "cheaper" brand?

Anyone have a testament to what you get for your money with the Anzos?

I personally believe the Anzo's are the better light. They cost more (although that is not a indication of quality). But I have had these lights for about 4 months now and they are in perfect shape. The wiring harness is built in and they are truly plug-n-play. No issues what-so-ever (so far).

I've got a set of Anzo head lights sitting in my office floor that I am going to "Retro" hopefully sometime next week.
