So this is the place we put on offer on last night. 3/2. 1924 Arts and Crafts, master suite, awesome kitchen, 2-car detached garage and large insulated shed, room to store teardrop trailer, 1 block from one of the City's best parks, and just a few blocks from ice cream and microbrew pub. We should know if it is accepted in 24 hours. Pics attached.

Cute place! Roomy too...added on to I take it? Love the little dinette in the kitchen , don't really see those too often.

Sorry you're sick Homie. Have you ever tried saline irrigation? I helps, feels weird at first but it helps.

Thanks Craig. Us too. And yeah, heat wave + boogers FTMFL.

The master suite was added at the top rear in 2010. Can't even see it from the front. It's like a tree house on top. The kitchen is virtually all original but in excellent shape, with the obvious upgrades you can see. And overall, the house has built-in storage in every nook and cranny, which is a huge selling point. And the back lower room could be further expanded to fill in the back porch under the master if necessary. And of course, Pete is going to build a second floor over the garage if I buy him a Blade Runner movie poster. He already promised.
So all the electrical is recently upgraded, and copper pipes everywhere underneath. Big big deal!

We'll see what happens. This is the nerve-wracking part.

Sweet looking place Scott, good luck! I'm going to look at a log cabin on Friday, saw it once, liked it, but going back with a contractor buddy to check it over for us before we decide to make an offer or not.

Thanks guys. Yeah, Tom, the first thing I did when we went to view the house was head to the quarter basement with a flashlight and camera to go look at the plumbing and electrical, water heater, HVAC, etc. and after that the attic and then around the exterior foundation, trim, windows, etc. All the stuff they don't have pics of! My wife was chatting with the agent about schools etc. and she didn't even know where I was!

Would your cabin be a "cabin," or would it be home?

Real log cabin, not a vacation house. What kind of nightmares?
