x2. The majority of my dads truck is illegal and we never have any problems lol. Beadlocks, no turn signals, lift, headlights too high, no fenders, no mudflaps, no horn, exo cage, etc.

Only time we had a problem was in an 85 4runner one year going to Moab. Got pulled over twice on the way because our tires were sticking out about an inch too far, which was silly. But these cops were specifically hired for EJS and just gave us a warning and were most likely just looking for alcohol or drugs. The actual Moab cops don't care, we talked to one. It's just the hired out ones.

 

Now I see. I didn't have to bondo mine because I moved it forward.

 

So I'm ordering parts for my lift and on the extended brake line I'm assuming I select the one that says "without abs/traction control" that's listed on Toytec?

 

Today, I let my wife drive my tacoma for the first time. She took it to work so I could take her highlander to the shop...

Worked an 8 hr day (first time I've worked less than a 10 hour day in 8 months), then went home and welded for 6 more hours. then spent an hour in the ER this morning to get metal shaving removed from my eye. Fun.

 

dude i've had the worst luck with metal shavings in my eye in the last 8 months. i feel you there.
the most recent was in march on a wheeling trip 5 hours away. had to drive an hour to a specialist to have him remove it. i was out for 3 days out of the 5 day trip

Yep. Sucks. I even bought some good quality safety glasses after the last time, but stuff still finds it's way to my eyes. I might have to start looking at some full blown goggles that seal around my eyes, although that sucks in the summer heat.
