For each individual drain yes, but the a trap right before the lateral leaving the house you just don't find them much anymore. I have worked on a few places tearing up side walks to remove old curb traps.

Flex lines are pushing the PVC pipes over to the side at an angle. Be meaning to secure that since I put it in...
Electric is just the wire dropped from the ceiling joist.

 

Here you go NYDB. What's the best way to support the pipes? Figured I would just get those pipe supports that go on threaded rod and attach to the wall.

The best way is to have run the cpvc over to the wall and down, not cross lots...

The threaded rod hanger will work good, you may have to bend the rod since the pipes are not perpendicular to the wall.

 

The pipes were perpendicular to the wall before I put the flex lines on with the new heater. I can push them back square with very little force and if I disconnect the flex lines they would hang straight down.
