Thanks. I've had the runner since 2000. She's been all over the world with me. SLO/Pismo Dunes-all of Cali-Germany-Alabama-Alaska-and now to Georgia. US coast to coast with all the states in between. She's what hooked me on Toyota. 178,000 and still running strong. I wanna cry right now thinking about it, but I'm going to sell her when I get back. That's why I bought the Tacoma. I wanna Go fast like Rick Bobby in the dunes and still get dirty on the mud. The 4runner is twice the work and twice the money to get half of what a Tacoma can do in the Desert. I've thought about selling it over the last few years but could never hit the submit button on Craigslist. Buying a 3rd truck was my way of forcing my hand. I tried to get my wife to sell it while i was over here, Kind of like ripping the band aid off without looking, but she told me no. I have a Limited tundra and newish Tacoma, both with dead batteries sitting in the driveway because my wife wants to drive the Runner. My 5 year old will probably cry when I try and explain this. She's had a tough time with me over here and she'll ask my wife to take a drive in daddy's truck when she's feeling down. Some how it's an instant cure. It's like the 13 year old family dog we have to give away. Never thought I'd be so broken up about a vehicle. Hell, I never thought I'd have so many good memories in one either. Maybe some of you can relate. Has anyone done a thread for group therapy? Now that I'm all sad and shit, I'm gonna open up my truck porn folder. HA HA! I just realized a lot of YOUR trucks are in my spank bank folder. Gross! Dirty little pickups!

I got my Associates from Cuesta in 2001. Holy Shhit I'm getting old. Was about to head over to Poly but couldn't decide on a desk job. I worked a summer as an extra on the "We Were Soldiers" movie north of Atrashcadero, had fun running around with guns, then joined the army in 02. School is for loosers. Just kidding, I finally finished a degree last month. Some of you may be doing the math, but I'll have you know, "a lot of people go to school for 10+ years.".....unfortunately I'm not a doctor.
