Hey Micah, can these be ordered with the shortened stroke?
As you know, my kit uses a modified ~2.5" stroke so this might be a good opportunity for guys looking into the kit to pick up their bumps for a good price.

 

Website lists $612 for both plus tax...save yourself $50...or tax free, however you wanna look at it.

What's the purpose of shortening the stroke? Wouldn't you want longer period of dampening (I know nothing about bumps)

 

Also, has anyone made a strike plate that works with the all pro shackle flip kit?

 

I have a strike plate for that exact purpose.

Shortening the stroke keeps you from
essentially riding on the bumps, there is only ~5"-6" of uptravel on a Tacoma "stock" soa rear suspension so with a 4" bump you'd be hitting them all the time.
You could go with the 2" version as well, but the 4" gives you the adjustability for the same price.

2.5" stroke, not diameter. Agreed 2.5" dia. is not needed at all.

We sell a pair with out cans for 583.66, if you add the cans you are looking at 612.16.
We are offering the bumps at the same cost, but throwing in cans for free.

They do make a short 2.5" stroke. This deal is for 4" stroke only though, plus 2.5 diameter bump may be hard to fit..

If you guys are running Tylers kit, we have all the specs, valving for the shocks and bumps.
