So I dropped off my truck today at Toyota to get the rear TSB done. After almost a month, the guy called me yesterday and told me the parts came in. I read somewhere that if you have over 35k miles you can't get this TSB done so I thought for sure I wasn't going to qualify.

HOWEVER, I was shocked! They did it. No more sag. Did they mess up!?

The only bad thing about today is that my TSB buzz got killed after I heard Michael Jackson died. :(

You've got a really GREAT dealer...or a REALLY stupid one. This is the PERFECT example of why asking never hurts. They did it without too much issue, which is great.

The best thing about it is that they didn't even test drive it to find out if it really bottomed out. I know this because I recorded the mileage. They just said, "Oh well you were right and I just went ahead and ordered the parts. I'll give you a call when it's here."

I've heard different stories with Toyota demanding pictures and all this other bull and I am so glad I didn't do any of that stuff. :) It was a very simple process for me.

Oh and if anybody is wondering which dealer this is: Toyota 101 in Redwood City, California. Very, very small dealer off the highway...
