    Folks,

Anybody done High Island to Sabine Pass? Supposed to be about a 20mile drive offroad, on the beach. 4wd required, but nothing too difficult.

    Anybody done it?

This is different. This isn't like riding the beach between High Island and Crystal Beach. This is following the old hwy87. The area between High Island and Sabine Pass is complete isolated.

People are always looking for a place to go Offroading - this about 1.5hrs from Houston. Looks like driving from Sabine Pass side to High Island side could give you a couple hours of off roading, then drive out on the beach between High Island and Crystal and spend some time swimming/hanging on the beach. The area from High Island to Gilcrest is not usually over crowded.

Looks like there are going to be a lot of rusted bolts!! Lol
Looks pretty flat and beach like to me.

It inky takes me about 45 mins to get to bryan beach or galveston. Where I know a few olaces to go that has small hills and trails. A little more fun that the videos

If you come near Houston or I come up north you can have it and the other skids as well. Not sure if I have the hardware for them though.
