    :woot: Awesome!

    Canadian!

Cute little place. 8 years is enough for the initial settling/shrinking to happen for the logs. I don't see a garage there? Where's the Taco gonna go?

:woot: congrats Dick. Time to start the baby making.

He's doing really well. It's awesome to see him learning to do things. Making noises and figuring out how to use his hands and feet.

As long as we have Artesia, we will have plenty of water. (I know I know... bad joke)

Well see, that's the thing.. Price is much lower than our house is listed for, so I'm going to have my contractor pal give me an estimate for a quick kit garage, then go over the numbers to see if we can get this place, The idea here is to either have no mortgage or a very small one. Our place is almost paid for, but the payments are not comfortable with my new job and Jodi not working. It's been a bit of an issue at the OTG household lately. I'm kind of pushing getting a more affordable place, and Jodi really wants to stay where we are (and not work). We both need to agree before anything can happen.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
 So it seems like I can't do any switching of utilities without the landlord... This could be in my favor, eh?

Ahhh. Good plan though - downsize everything. What would the commute be like for you? Any crazy neighbors with guns?

 seems odd. I'm just used to calling up the utility company and telling them to put the service in my name

    selective hearing huh?

    that would be Squishy...

Don't know about the neighbors yet, going to look into it. Commute would be about 6 miles longer, no biggie.
