WOW! Fuck that he nailed you! I would def call the police. Take pics of his car, get witnesses that saw them parked next to each other. I am very surprised your employer is not doing more.

I can't tell if your bumper is bent, but here is a chance to have insurance buy you an off-road bumper (if you want one). I think they are cheaper than oem, I don't think insurance would mind.

Definitely file a report. That's pretty bad for a parking lot fender bender.

Make sure you demand oem replacement panels regardless of whose insurance takes care of it. Most companies will try and buy cheaper aftermarket panels, some of which I have heard have fit/alignment issues, some are probably fine. OEM panels were on the truck before the accident, they should be on it after. Don't settle for less.

I'd confront the guy one on one. Maybe even record it. And say, hey its all good I'm not mad just tell me if you did it. It takes one hell of a doosh to deny it one on one.

Wow, why would the guy lie about it? I don't understand people. Takes one hell of a d-bag to do something like that. Especially being co-workers.

I know this is irresponsible and totally the wrong thing to do... but I would go to town on his vehicle with a baseball bat. I mean hey no cameras right? Would make me feel better at least.

Call the cops that's fucking bad.

People get prosecuted for hit and runs all the time from paint transfer. 100% make a report to the police.

Pffftt! Its just a base model. A TRD tacoma would still be fine, the sticker would have saved it.

Kidding of course, and I like my base model too.
