Yup take a razor and Make X's all over it. It will stay on but if someone tries to take it off it will shred up into small pieces.

Yeah because with a razor you can take the year off no problem without it voiding. So making the X's all over it makes it roll up in small pieces when trying to steal it. Trust me I have had them stolen and I have tried it on old plates and they come off very fast and very easy.

 

Funny story, I almost whooped my neighbors ass years ago before he was ever my neighbor for doing exactly this to me on my motorcycle. He and a couple of his immature high school buddies douched me in smoke while laughing out loud and had it been the me of a few years prior to that I certainly would have drug him out of his truck and beat the ever-loving shit out of him for it. But, alas, I've grown beyond violence and as such he never learned his lesson... not from me at least. This whole 'rolling coal' fad has to be one of the stupidest things I've ever seen though.

After his parents bought the house across the street from me I introduced myself and instantly recognized him even though he had a new truck. I reminded him who I was and he actually remembered it and thanked me for not beating the shit out of him. lol

 

That's what I had. It does not work well with a baby.

 

There is some concern about it near my work to company vehicles leftover at night, but I also work in five points so its to be expected.

I've had mine stolen off my Tacoma before in legacy ridge which is a very up scale neighborhood in Westminster. People have sticky fingers everywhere. It's easy and takes 25seconds to prevent it though.

Yeah but it is not full proof some are just flat out taking tin snips and removing the entire corner of your plate. I have seen it a half dozen times now. Cheap ass bastards.

 

Happened to Brandon.( Avsfantrd). At least that takes a little more time and hopefully someone sees them, but still people will steal anything thy can. It's annoying.
