Hello TacomaWorld! Please allow us to introduce ourselves, we are Ballistic Fabrication. We manufacture over 600 parts and components for the 4x4 and off-road builders market. All of our parts are made in Tucson, AZ at our manufacturing facility. We have a full CNC machine shop with multiple mills and lathes. We also have two laser cutting machines for all brackets and tabs. Having these facilities allow us a great deal of maneuverability in manufacturing parts and adhering to tight quality standards.

Here are a few of the more popular items that we manufacture:
Our 2.63" forged joint that is popular for 4 link setups:

    Our hawse fairlead for winches:

Here are some of the Toyota parts we have available:
Coilover suspension suspension system (we are planning on doing a complete test of this product in the coming weeks)

We've got the first gen guys covered as well with a BPV relocation bracket and frame boxing plates for the extra cabs:

We also have hundred of tabs, brackets, and gussets for those of you building cages or relocating your suspension components.

We've already requested information about becoming a vendor to the site.

Please don't hesitate to contact us via PM or by phone if you have any questions about our services or if there is something you'd like to see us manufacture.

We're looking forward to hearing from you and to be more involved in the Tacoma community!

    Thanks!

    Hi BulletToothTony.

The fairlead is $44.99 + shipping. We're working on putting a discount in place for TW members. If you'd like to order the fairlead give us a call and tell us you're from TW and we'll give you a 5% discount on the order.

Thanks for the welcome and hopefully the pics should all be working now.

Thanks for the kind words about our joints! We're glad to hear that they are working well for you!

Our engineer said his cad files for the BPV bracket date back to 2009 so he's demanding to know the date on your CAD files before calling shenanigans! :D

    Oh snap

Hate being copied or called a copier. Hard to stop this though or even to determine who created what. First with a patent wins though if you can shell out the money for one.

    Welcome!
