I have a 2007 Single Cab Tacoma, 4 cylinder. After it's been sitting for a couple of hours, or overnight, and I go to drive it, it is as if I am starting off in third gear,(from a stop), even though it's really in first. Bogs down terribly, like it has no power, can't get out of it's own way. After a few minutes, it's fine, won't do it again until I park it for awhile and then go to drive it again.

How many miles do you have on it. Is the transmission shifting smoothly?

If it never did this before the change I'd think you might have a bad plug.

If you haven't looked at them yet I would say, check fuel and air filters, plug wires connected correctly. And look into a possible transmission service.

    Bam...

Did you gap them correctly? What brand did you use?

Also, thought the 4cyl plugs were 100k plugs?

I think all Tacomas, regardless of engine size, have the fuel filter inside the the gas tank as part of the pump. Non serviceable, unlike air and oil.

Yes. The 4 cylinders have iridium plugs. They should be good for 100K miles.
