    ^Yep, after Ram and SRT became separate brands, the "Dodge" brand is speculated to be discontinued soon.

    Reportedly the pricing is kept reasonable, starting at $28,050 including freight, to compete with the Ford F150 Tremor.

    Dodge, Chrysler, Ram, Plymoth all have equalled SHIT for the past 3-4 decades.

    Garbage shipping containers for decent engines.

    Dropping dodge is just one way to separate itself from the company name that had to beg for tax payers money.

    Upgraded 2002 Tacoma to 2018 Tundra
    I drove by the local Dodge/Ram dealer yesterday and they had an Add :"BUY A RAM AND GET A DART FREE!"
    Seems like they have a hard time getting rid of them with promotions like that.

    Chrysler is not wholly owned by Fiat. And has the history of buying failing companies and turning them around. Plus they needed the sales market initially for their brand and secondly to retool some Chrysler plants to make the Fiat here in the U.S.
