    Your forgetting something. Noise.

    It'll rattle. And after having a loose latch for like 8 months...it..blows..haha

    No way you can make it so a hitch pin won't rattle. And if you make something like a sprig or whatever push the swing out back open. It would have to be so stiff that closing it would be a hassle.

    Just saying..I'm sure it's been done..and that's why everything is a pull lever latch or screw down latch(CBI)

    Your making it way harder then it has to be haha

    And no hitch rattle is not near as bad as a swing out rattle. It was really really bad. Hitch only rattles on bumper. Swing out rattles every time your brake or accelerate plus every damn bump. Sooooooo happy when I got the new latch.

    But whatever. I really need to go to sleep haha

    SO, I have driven the Round Lake RD to Goose lake a couple of times now. Both times in my FJ60 with 4" of lift. I am excited to do this now in my Taco. A stock Toyota truck can do this road. However, you will need to pick your lines VERY carefully. There are spots on that road where you could pull over and park if you do not want to continue (it happens a lot :help: ) . This is one of my favorites in the Beartooths. It is an old gold mining area and the views are incredible. Lots of room for parking and camping at Round Lake and also about a half mile before the end of the trail which ends about a half mile before Goose Lake.

    Sorry for butting in, but its just my 2 cents worth.

    No. Pendleton is a light (smooth) sipping whisky (no "e"). It is too nice to mix with anything except an ice cube or 2.

    I have been drinking a lot less lately, and no whiskey at all. I too will bring a nice selection of NW brews, probably in 22s. Will no doubt run out but am looking forward to trying recommended local stuff.
