I'm new to the tacoma world. I want to go from from the OEM TX Pro TRD Wheels to Level 8 MK6 16x8 on a red 2012 Tacoma DBC. My question is would I be able to unload these wheels easily and what should I get rid of them for?

I was gonna just use the BF Goodrich 265/70/16 T/As on my new wheels. I also just added a 2.5" Daystar Comfort Ride Leveling/Lift kit. So if I can go to a bigger tire and clear the UCA let me know.

Yes, there is pretty high demand for these. Depending on the shape, I would ask around $1200-1600 for wheels alone. Rough guess, though.

meh used? ask around 1000 about 1100 to me is top dollar if just wheels alone depending, the ones that are more sought after are the gunmetal ones. and you can get the a new bronze one for about 1200 on ebay. just saying

$1200- $1600 is pretty darn high for those wheels.

The picture is black FJ TT wheels. Baja wheels are grey. There are sites that have the black wheels brand new for $259 and Bronze for as low as $219.

I have looked because I am interested but for nowhere near $1200 for 4 used wheels.

I just bought my tacoma July 3, it's a 2012. I believe the dealer added them. Ride has 30K on it. Wheels are true, uncurbed and in great shape.

on your pic? is that salt deposit or a little rust on your sim-beadlock or is it over spray from the armor-all? lol just asking cuz that can depreciate the price

No, they are the TX Pro Beadlock Style wheels. Some FJ's have these, but the wheels shown below are the FJ TT wheels.

With 30K, I would ask $800 on here, $900-$1000 on Craigslist.

Should be an easy sell around $900, I would buy them if I wasn't all the way up in Alaska

Nope, pretty sure at least 2011-2012 have the black FJ six spokes. 2010 had them and I think now 2013's have them? At least from some quick Google searches.

Those are the 07-09 TT wheels. 2010 to present TT's come w/ black beadlock style TRD's.[/QUOTE]

ya but they still came standard on t/x pro tacos.

Its the same exact rim on the T/X baja series except its gun metal not black on them. and same color on the beadlock polished.

That's what I said- Baja has grey Beadlocks. & the 2013 TT does come with black Beadlocks - TRD 16-in. off-road beadlock-style wheels with LT265/75R16 tires - that is from Toyota's website. No mention of six spoke wheels.

    Nice truck OP.
