I am using Moog ball joints on my lowers. They are good quality and are actually greasable

Patrick knows about it. It started last weekend when we went wheeling. Its a solid/metal to metal sounding clunk. Checked the UCA bolts and anything that could possibly be the cause. Its only the front passenger. And only when wheeling. Normal driving its fine. He said he had a similar clunk on that side.. so thats why I said that.

EDIT: sorry. it has been pissing me off for a while. I am wondering wth it can be and might have to go through and torque everything. Then start checking for metal damage.

Usually it is only when I am hitting rough bumps. Most likely yours are just more worn out than mine. :p

Yeah mine only does it when wheeling. Over hard rocky areas usually. Tho.. tonight it wasn't so bad. I need to torque everything down and start there. The lower ball joints seem fine, and there doesn't seem to be any play with the uppers or anything. Just need to get it on a lift and inspect everything

I remember watching a video that some guy posted. It was a GoPro setup in the wheel well, while he was driving. He asking for help about a clunk noise he had. When he wouod slow down you could see something shift.

To me, that was the cause of the clunk. Never followed up after the one post I made though.
