OH that's good then! I wish I saw some smooth ones. Where did you get them? Is there a link with pics?

Oh BTW Greg. I took home samples, put them on the floor, poured water over them and with one foot on the dry area and one foot on the wet tile, I TRIED to slip. One tile that my husband really liked made us hydroplane. I can imagine when the dogs drink water in the middle of the night and spill around it, and me waking up at 130 am and slipping on it.

Thanks for clarifying :). I suppose a majority of all the trash talk I'm seeing is from all the other threads rather than the regional NorCal stuff. It was bumming me out. It's a fun site to escape to and all that crap and slamming was killing it for me.

Yah, we are all friends here. :) And you are more than welcome to be part of the family fo sho! :D

As a matter of fact, some of the guys told me that I shouldn't stray out of NorCal for the same reasons - the nastiness. :(

Lift goes on today! Well... Lift until I can afford mid travel :)

Putting 885x's & top plate spacers on my current 5100's. With an 1.5 AAL in the rear. Hopefully 285s soon!

I think my husband did a great job for doing the floor and cabinets himself and this is his first time! Saved a ton of money. Now all we need to do today is the black baseboards, the door sweep and the transitions and the kitchen will be totally done!

This is pretty much a repost from one of the previous threads but I figured I'd put this in here for my norcal folk to read.

So I'm looking at picking up the adjustable Bilstein 5100's and some 5160's with the external reservoir for the rear. I do want to put out there that I do wheel avidly, and am looking for a slight lift.

One more thing all for about $510

    Good choice or bad choice?

Nice man! Who's got a spring compressor? I've been thinking about adding 884s on my 5100s for a while.

Trucks gonna look good for sure though!

Correct for deep water. Definitely don't do it if it's a shallow, muddy puddle. It takes forever to clean up the truck afterward:

That's past the dam of lower blue lake. There are two lakes out past there (Twin and Meadow Lakes).

There's a really cool write-up that takes a spring compressor out of the equation. He partially mounted the spring onto the shock and while in position, used the weight of the truck and slowly lowered the truck for compression? Google :)
