Sorry to bump this up boys..

My LR-UCAs are coming in later today, and my 1/2" spacer will be coming in a day or 2. I'm a teacher, so I need to get this done sometime this week, run to Scotty's for alignment and get a recon appointment. Teachers go back to work on the 30th, and recon is wide open next week.

1/2" spacer - Was thinking of doing the lower control arm disconnect rather than taking my assembly to a shop to do. If I'm gonna have to pay for a shop to do it, I may as well just order some 885s and put those in for the same installation price. Currently I have 884s on 5100s. I don't have military access, so the hobby shops are a no go.. UNLESS someone wants to help a brother out... Anyone do the LCA "swing-down" procedure?

UCAs - I'm all for doing a DIY, but I would rather a DIY with the oversight of someone who has done theirs before. I am more than willing to cut the bolt with a sawzall or angle grinder and replace the bolt for a quicker install. If no-one has time, or has too many things going on, I completely understand. If so, I'm just gonna pay scotty's to do it. (couple bills).

Let me know... Thanks... You know beers will be cold and steaks will be on the grill....

using the LCA as the hinge with a jack (swing-down) will work very well. I did mine that way after I broke the spring compressor I was using to assemble mine with 886 springs.

you're alignment should be out once you do the swing-down but it'll fine to drive on if you have the appointment within a few days. you could use some liquid white-out and draw lines on the LCA hardware so you can bring it back close to what it was.

It sounds totally different than the flowmaster 40 that was on my reg cab
Right.now sorta sounds like a subi minus a BOV but the drone is a little loud if I'm below 2000 rpm due to how its dumped and so low to the ground ill be looking to dynamat the interior to hide that and to help control the flex from my sounds ill try make a video and post it but anything above 3000 it really shines all the way to red line unlike my old flowmaster it gets raunchy at higher rpms which i like but i will say it is loud:p we will see how it goes as time tells

Yeah, there's a Bmx track, rc track, there was a mini moto x track, and there's the off road park. Not the place to run RCs for free. People work hard to groom the tracks and keep them maintained.
The gate is normally locked to keep the riff raff out. Pm your info of you want to come down. If not I believe the track info is on rc tech dot com Hawaii section under sandbox. Run by Caillen and Piilani. Their number should be on there as well.

Yeah I guess it's free, but there are no actual races as of yet. Just run what you brung, and don't bash. Just try to run the course without crashing! There are actually two tracks to run on, one is easier with less jumps.
There are some vids on YouTube, but the layout is always changing so it may not be the same as the vids.
