Time in Between calling toyota

    I called Toyota about the suspension TSB after having problems with the dealership....They told me pretty much the same thing the dealer did.

    question is: How long should i wait before calling the 1800 number again....should i bug them all day until i get my way or what?

    The service manager said she has had 3-4 of them done at the last dealership i went to. Maybe ill try N. Hollywood...thanks!


    Wolfpack, They say that they couldnt get the truck to bottom out again. Its BS because it happend yesterday before i took it in with only 200LBS of wood in the bed. I left the wood in the bed so they could test drive it and see.
