Nope. When I get back on 'regular' food my eating habits will be drastically different. I plan to cut out dairy and grains/breads entirely (save for a few sushi runs here and there) and what foods I do eat will be better with much smaller portions. I also plan to keep just as many fruits & veggies in the fridge which will make for healthier food choices and I even plan to continue to supplement meals with juices now and then too. Overall, the diet will be cleaned up substantially.

I plan to also look into Crossfit for exercise. I have two buddies that are certified Crossfit trainers that have gyms. I've been watching Crossfit competitions on ESPN for years and it's incredibly motivating. With my previous weight it was dangerous though since the basic body resistance moves were dramatically increased for someone of my size and I was afraid of getting myself injured. Once I get to a more reasonable weight I'm going to start cardio again and push it to make sure my heart is ready and then get back into the Crossfit scene as it's competitive and that's something I need. I was an athlete and competition motivated me. To just get on a treadmill or run is difficult for me because back when I played sports running was punishment for screwing up and I hated to screw up as a result. Cardio for me has always been difficult but even when I was disciplined my gains were non-existent.

Either way, when this is over I don't see myself going back to what I used to do. It's hard to explain but I really do feel like I had a nasty addiction and getting away from it all ENTIRELY for this prolonged period of time was exactly what I needed to get my priorities straight and get a clean mindset to operate from.

I don't want people to get their hopes up too much on how I'm going to look because to me I don't look really very different. Not like I had hoped. Truth be told I'm still way fat so maybe as I get closer to my goal I notice things a little bit more. Maybe it's just because I see myself every day and I wish I had started a video journal now of the progress to refer back to. I know what I looked like back before I was fat and I know I'm a long way from that so it's hard to appreciate what I've done so far. I'll celebrate when i'm laying pool side soaking up the sun w/o a shirt.

Don't worry.. the facts will always be there regardless of skinny or fat. That's just how I roll! ;)

What is it exactly you want to know? Specifically. You made a very vague statement about buying a bolt gun and then asked a very broad question about gun law so your answers are going to match. If you ask specific questions perhaps we can help you out with some of them from what we may know on the subject.

This is the kind of Ost soapbox that is beyond beneficial to more than just me. However dear I think you missed my post a few days back when I changed my definition of what I'm doing right now to "raw eating" rather than "juicing", until I get my juicer so i can do that 100%. I'm not having hunger pangs like it seems you think I am also...in fact just the opposite sometimes. I have to remember to drink juice more often than I do at times.

Losing a pound a day is phenomenal in my eyes compared to how I've struggled to lose weight over the years. I know when I go full blown juicing there's a chance I'll see a higher loss average. Regardless, this whole process for me is a life changer, not just to lose weight.

Okay, I just wanted to make sure I spelled out the reasons behind a juice fast in case you weren't aware. You're obviously welcome to do whatever you like and I'm glad you're choosing to be healthier no matter what route you choose. I just wanted to make sure I did my part to spell everything out fully on what a juice fast was and why it was so that as people learned and made up their minds they had all the info. I guess I felt like maybe I was short changing you on the info I was giving and since I was on a few forums I didn't want to be the reason you didn't get all of the info. I also meant in no way to belittle the gains you've made as they are fantastic in and of themselves. I was more thinking of the times you posted about feeling hungry and a few other things here and there... I was kind of putting it all together that maybe you weren't going all in because you were basing that decision on the limited info I presented... if that makes sense. I didn't want to seem like I was being pushy or making light of your gains when I was just trying to motivate I guess. Probably made shit even less clear, right? :p

Oh, now I'm all cornfused because I thought it was someone else asking about that but then you were asking about laws too and I guess I just smashed the two of them together. So yeah, ask more specific questions. All of you. :D

    From the CSP website:

"What are Colorado's laws concerning firearms?
Colorado allows a person to carry a firearm in a vehicle, loaded or unloaded, if its use is for lawful protection of such person or another's person or property. [C.R.S. 18-12-105(2)] Colorado law also allows a person to possess a handgun in a dwelling, place of business, or automobile. However, you cannot carry the weapon concealed on or about your person while transporting it into your home, business, hotel room, etc. Local jurisdictions may not enact laws that restrict a person's ability to travel with a weapon. [C.R.S. 18-12-105.6] The Act permits the nationwide carrying of concealed handguns by qualified current and retired law enforcement officers and amends the Gun Control Act of 1968 (Pub. L. 90-618, 82 Stat. 1213) to exempt qualified current and retired law enforcement officers from state and local laws prohibiting the carry of concealed firearms."

"Is it Legal to Carry a Weapon in Colorado National Forests?
While visiting National Forests in Colorado, you may carry a weapon. However, in addition to state laws, you must comply with Federal Regulations pertaining to the use of a firearm on National Forest System lands.
A firearm may not be discharged in the following National Forest areas:
Within 150 yards of a residence, building, campsite, developed recreation site, or occupied area; or
Across or on a Forest Development road or an adjacent body of water, or in any manner or place whereby any person or property is exposed to injury or damage as a result of such discharge; or
Into or within any cave. [36 CFR 261.10 (d)]
Some forest or districts have additional restrictions on discharging a firearm. You are advised to check with the authorities in the areas you will be visiting"

Those may or may not help

The NRA-ILA website has a lot of good info too.

    It would appear this way.

Try this site for info. It's usually pretty current and fairly accurate.

Short answer: There are two types of camels; Dromedary (single hump) comes from the Middle East and the Bactrian (two humps) and found in Africa & Asia.

It should also be noted that attaining a state issued concealed weapons permit both of these are changed.

I think these are our takeaways here:

    1. Ost is a good guy when it comes to making sure folks are well informed. (Will try to keep that rumor under wraps tho)

    2. Ost is working the limited liability angle on info (or lack thereof).

    3. mK is just as big of a know it all (about some things) lol

    4. Ost may be on too many forums to keep up with everything haha

    Clear...like a rock. Lol
