    Jewelry...while I've been more into it lately, spending a ton of money on it I don't like. I'm fine with the fake stuff because it looks just like the real stuff and it won't matter if it gets lost. I'm pretty simple. Most women revolve around having the nicest stuff to be able to brag to all their girlfriends...like a status symbol. I like having stuff I can use.

    I'd much rather put money into stuff with a purpose or truck stuff.

    I've been with my g/f for 11 years now (yes, we are not married and like it that way). I have bought her tons of jewelry, but she actually prefers "realistic" and useful gifts.

    Not trying to be chauvinistic or sexist, but I've bought her a nice Dyson, KitchenAid, tons of other kitchen-related stuff, furniture, W/D etc.

    She is not a huge fan of me spending money on my truck since we are saving to buy some property and build a house, but she appreciates that it is one of my hobbies and knows how much money I save by doing all the work/mods myself. She's a keeper :D
