Of course it does dummy. If you leave your crappy iPhone playing Beiber and walk away does it cease making noise? :p

Feeny is on this... Has nothing to do with seeing it fall, but sound does require someone to receive the longitudinal wave. If an ear is there to perceive the compressional waves produced by moving matter, then a sound is produced. If the waves are not perceived (received by a destination) no sound is made.

If I have 9 apples, Eric has 7 oranges, Sean has 3 water melons and we each give Aaron half of what we have. How many potatoes does Aaron owe us?

We'll agree to disagree. Just because you hear it doesn't mean the sound isn't there. If you leave someone a voicemail they didn't hear it yet the sound would have to be made in order to be recorded for them to hear later, right? BTW, you said yourself that it makes a sound in your explanation. ;)

Yes but in that case the recording device is the receiver.

Go to that PDF link you sent me, it just gives the codes for the deadly force laws. No more information about them. I searched one of them and found them all on another PDF.

If the Pentagon were run by women, would missiles be shaped differently?

If your seat can become a floatation device, why can't the airplane become a boat?

If a Smurf is choking what color does he turn?

Are vegetarians allowed to eat animal crackers?

    And go.

Nope, it's the most aerodynamically efficient shape for that purpose. Do you think there are no gays at the top of the pentagon?

The fuselage isn't water tight so it can't hold hair to maintain buoyancy.

Why would a smurf choke? Smurfberries dissolve quickly so it would be impossible to choke.

Yes, there is no animal product in animal crackers. If you eat a gingerbread man you're not a cannibal, are you?

Here's one that's kept me awake at night: When snow melts... where does the 'white' go?

Are all shifts at the cemetery considered graveyard shifts?

Why does minute rice have to cook for 15 minutes?

Why do Kamikaze pilots wear seatbelts?

Why is there an expiration date on sour cream?

If you try to fail, but you succeed, which have you done?
