Do you guys happen to know any good trails near Glendo? I'll be up there this weekend and if there aren't many trails near by I may just drive my car. Thanks in advance.

Awesome thanks for the location, I'll look up more info on that place. Otherwise looks fun! I'll post some pics here once I'm back. Thanks again.

I'll be out there for a few days so it'll give time to check out a few spots. Screw boating I'll be hitting the trails!

I went camping up in the hills twice in the cold. It's still just a tent. But if you have the right gear. Good blanket and sleepinbag. You bet.

I'm going to wire in an electric blanket for super cold trips.

Oh ya easily. I'm planing on it actually. Hoping to make a run to South America someday.

But ya e tent would hold up great I'm sure. It is warmer and cooler then a normal tent.

It's possible ya. The good part and find a place to camp regularly for free would be key. That and putting the tent up and down everyday may get old if ou just I to the same place everyday.

But I coulda done it here easily. Wouldn't be fantastic without some form of heat in the tent for some nights I'm sure. No heaters tho so it would have to be an electric blanket. So a dual battery setup would be ideal. And you'd have to charge the batteries by running the truck..

    Ya that couldn't hurt..

Honestly.,I'd want way more gear then you currently have. Even with all my gear I'm not even super comfortable with that thought..

I'd guess I'm way better off then you tho haha

    Well I mean..I have the RTT..lots of lights..dual batteries..bigger alternator..tools..parts..and camp gear..storage stuff..

And a fridge would be ideal. They are pricey tho..4-900 bucks. And you will NEED a second battery to run one all the time too. Otherwise your starter battery will die and then your whole setup is dead in the water..

    So..RTT..1000

    Dual batteries..3-500ish

    Fridge/freezer...500 I guess

A lot of money up front..idk if it's worth it now that I think about it.

    You make 2k a month??

And rent is 2k for 3 months?? Jesus Laramie blows haha

I doubt you'd get sponsorships..small following possibly yes. Maybe a few small ones. Nothing drastic though I'd guess.

But go for it. should be interesting haha I know I could live without electricity and a nice room for my audio stuff haha otherwise I think I could do it.

Haha you'd have to et MILLIONS of follows for the ad thing to pay off haha

Gear review is possible..but your limited as you have little to no storage space.

Plus you'd need a good dslr camera. Lenses. A computer for editing..lots of hard drive space..good editing program..some mics. A web site would be ideal(expensive) and other stuff to really get that to work. Plus a good knack for making movies and writing reviews and such. Which really isn't as easy as everyone thinks haha be VERY hard to do all alone that's for sure. So that alone kills the kind of just truck living as you'd want a good space fire all that gear too..

Idk man..I don't think you have the gear for that big a step is all I'm saying. It's a ton if work. Pretty much another job.

But go for it. Prove me wrong

Well I'm going too. But not till I have real sponsorships. Which I already have some sorta..

But I'm not going to just for a home..too getto for me haha I'm planing a a realt trip through South America and such. And now that I have two trucks I have big plans for spoon ships and a full web page.

But that's not till done with school.

But ya go for it man. Good luck..

And steal a dslr..does that mean you know how to fully use it tho :p and web layouts and full site a bit different..

Trut me..I've been looking into to doing this for almost a year now..not easy..but not impossible.

There was a guy who lived out of his van for 4 years while going to college here at ISU. He just showered and the gym and used the school for internet and such. Worked out for him.
