Really new to Racks. Does anyone know what else I would need to buy to mount some snowboards, surfboards on these?

I love these brackets! I can fit 5 bikes perfectly. I have the entire bed to fit gear and the front wheels. Highly recommend them. Thanks OP!

    I like it!

The cleat storage is rated to 200lbs, but I've transported a couple of motorcycles using em and they managed until I installed real anchors.

I'd imaging the rail system will hold closer to 300-400lbs of weight across the top because of the way it mounts. As long as the rails don't flex across the middle and cave in.

Transported 4 bikes that day, 30 miles round trip in the wind up into winding mountain roads. The bikes were stable, secured, and never once moved. There was room for one more bike in the middle. Awesome brackets and received several compliments. Keep up the great work!

I have an Under cover and the cleats will not fit with the cover on it.
The cleat sticks up to far hitting the cover.

If they would fit it would be cool to make a deck to set stuff on when the cover is on.
Like at the shooting range, the guns could sit in the rack on them and the ammo, range bag and so on under it.
At the range we always run out of tailgate space.
I need to carry a rack or table for the guns to set on.

    Getting close.

I'm never using this powder coater again. He does great work, but moves like a mother F'ing snail.

Wow, it's been over a month since you said they were going to the powder coater. He must have some serious backlog, lol....
