Short box vs Long box

I agree. my brother has a double cab(not the crew max) tundra it has a 6.5’ bed plus if you put the tail gate down you probably gain another 16” to 2’ because the bed is so deep.

 

Actually now that I think about it; May need to haul some full size 8' sheets of plywood someday, but I'm sure I'll manage to strap them in securely with just a 1 foot overhang.

 

Try standing just a bike up in a shortbed... Can't happen unless you go corner to corner. They are useless. Go borrow your friends diesel 8' bed or hook up your trailers short bedders.

Can't fit skis in the shirt bed that does it for me!

Tailgate down I could fit 2-4 dirtbikes no problem. Granted 4 would be very tight but doable. Who gives a crap about skis? Snowboards will fit just fine.

 

Because all you short bed guys are in some weird cult where you're all brainwashed into thinking that the same truck with a smaller bed is somehow better than a long bed...

You know that questionnaire that Toyota sends you after you purchase a vehicle about your experience, and they get into the demographics of the purchaser? A recent breakdown of these surveys found that Short Bed buyers got the most poontang, had bigger johnsons, AND were better educated than Long Bed buyers.

You know why? Because while Long bedders were bragging about how much shit they can haul in their marginally longer bed, short bedders were smarter by using their larger manhood to smash more vag instead of arguing about cargo capacity.

and skiing. my snowboard fits in my SB end to end. It’s a 153.

edit: my snowboard along with 3 others will fit in an FJ. proof that snowboarding is better then skiing.

 

and figuring out ways to fit the same about of cargo in a smaller space. takes brain power to do that. LB guys don’t have that brain power.

I would take a few of those votes a way. I think a few AC guys have voted long bed then realized this is a DCSB VS DCLB thread. So I think the DCSB is even farther a head.

Yes you could, but you'll have to settle for living in NY with a truck that looks stupid. You should've bough an AC instead of a midsize the size of a Suburban that is underpowered. Besides, that wheelbase is about as functional as the white crayon out on the trails.
