I can't adjust it yet and gotta drive 100 miles. Should I be concerned ? I don't want to damage CV.

I have like 2.5" of thread showing on top. I'm measuring center of hub to bottom of fender straight up. I measured after driving for a bit. I do have 700 LB springs cause I'll be adding bumper and winch.

    Too many to list now.
That's a really heavy spring for stock setup. I'd get that front bumper pronto.

^Or just unthread the spring perch several turns. ;) The Icons should always be adjusted after installation, if only to take out the Taco Lean.

Are the CV boot fins touching? If not, you are OK.

You can't adjust the shock yet? Did you get an alignment after the lift?

They are touching. I drove 100 miles and parked it. Will adjust before I drive again.

I doubt the boot will wear out in 100 miles but I was concerned about CV joints binding. I didn't get a chance to adjust the coils before I had to drive it.

OEM CV joints can rotate just fine at full droop.

Do you think it's sitting so high cause of the 700 lb springs?

So I have to turn them clockwise to lower em? Once the trucks lifted up is there a lot of force required to rotate the collar?

Should I use a spring compressor just to help a bit? I've seen ones that I may be able to get on without removing coils.

About how many turns = 1"?

For every 1/2" on the coil, your gonna see 1" on the truck.

Yep. If the spring perch is set at the same position, the preload force on the spring is much higher with a 700 lb/in spring than with a 650 lb/in spring.

    Tips:

    1. Loosen the set screw on the spring perch with an allen key first before attempting to rotate the perch.
    2. If using the Icon-supplied spanner wrench, use the pointy end in the hole for extra leverage.
    3. If you want to take out the Taco Lean, disconnect one of the sway bar links before measuring ride height. The sway bar masks some of the left-right height difference.
