I'm a new tacoma owner and I have no idea about lifts or lift kits or anything. I want to put a 6 in lift to my 2013 tacoma. What are the pricing and is there anything I need to know when getting a lift? What lift should I get? Wanting to know everything about lifts before getting one.
    Please help.

Don't waste you money on 6 inch. Get a nice set of Coils, Rear shocks, UCA, and maybe a new leaf pack.

Deciding you want a 6" lift, before knowing anything about lifts, is a terrible idea. There is TONS to know when getting a lift, you should plan on dedicating several hours to research before making a decision.

LOL, before you actually pull the trigger, research the shit out of what you want to accomplish. Lifting that high you are going to run into unintended consequences and probably void warranty items. Not saying it can't be done, just perform due diligence and make your decision based off of FACTS.

Lol. Uh oh. Go with Fabtech, I just sold my 2007 Tacoma with a Fabtech and loved it. But that depends on what kind of off roading you will be doing, maybe a long travel system would be better suited for you.

Check with your local toyota dealership to see if it will void ur warranty first. There are some lift brands that toyota has OKed. Their kits will not void the warranty and I think fabtech and rough country are two of them not sure about that though.

I don't think he needs any of that, it would cost the same as the DB lift but he would obviously like the DB lift better, I don't think he wants to wheel his truck.
    Lifting doesn't void any warranties.

yeah, like beavis said.....don't expect people to rehash a bunch of stuff that is already out there to make your life easy. Start reading the suspension forum on here and googling stuff before you decide what you want to do and how much you're willing to spend.
