how to create new polls?

hey i dont know where the appropriate section for this question is, but how do i start a new poll where people can vote on something?

btw this site is primo

 

When creating a new post towards the bottom of the screen there is a selection for making the New Post a Poll. See attached screen shot. I would suggest testing it out here... http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/test-area/
