Out of everything that was moved, one picture frame broke. One glass jar broke and I'm missing one power cable for a tv. I guess that's better than a train derailing

To get away from the embarrassment and humiliation of her son robbing the neighbors.

He's in the grip of addiction with no thought or care for anyone other than himself. Very sad. His Mother was a great enabler though.

I think she's done now.

No - just to escape the negativity. She still loves her son I'm sure, but he's systematically destroyed the family relationships.

What the article does not say is that he stole from my Mother in Law and Bonnie before he moved on to neighbors and strangers.
