    Got the rear differential breather relocated today. Put it in the driver side close-able bed compartment.

    Yeah, I think it needed to be done. When I pulled the stock breather off, it had some nasty dirt and grime around the threads. I feel better going through a little water/mud now. Not sure if I'll ever get the snorkel like you, though. I don't think I have the balls to cut a 4'' hole in my fender...

    Just a heads up, those toplock nuts on the ap ubolts take some wrenching to torque down. May want to trim your ubolts before you try and thread on the nuts so you only have to turn those nuts as far as you need to.

    :confused: Maybe I'm just a moron, but I don't really get what you're saying. I really don't want to trim the u-bolts now since I plan on getting Expo's in the future and I don't think they would be long enough.

    Just make sure the excess bolt doesnt hit your frame at bump out then. You might have to trim and grt new ubolts when u get expos...

    The rear SuperBumps are pretty tall, so hopefully I won't have that issue. Won't the U-Bolts not stick out as far on the Expo's anyway since it's a taller leaf pack?

    Yea with the expo leaf pack you'll use all of the AP u bolt. But the stock pack with an aal is pretty thin and you'd likely run into problems with that much extra bolt sticking up (unless your bump is long enough to bump out before the bolts hit the frame). How long until you put the expos on? Sorry if i'm just ignorant and don't remember what you said about them. With the expo pack you will not need the extra clearance the rear super bump pedestal gives you (depending on shock), you can run just the super bump and it works out to about 16.25 shock mount to shock mount if i remember correctly.

    I'm shooting to hold off on the planned big purchases for 2 years, but it will probably be more 1.5 years since I'm impatient. I might end up just getting another set of the front SuperBumps like you when I get the Expo's anyway.

    I think the rear SuperBumps are tall enough to stop compression before the bolts hit the frame, but we will see.

    Rear SuperBumps are in, but I realized today that my flip kit did not come with the bolts for the pre-tapped plates for the bump stops. Called AP and they said they would send out some soon.

    Bump stop hardware that AP forgot to send with original flip kit order came in today. Should have everything installed within a week or two with the help of a local member. (Skygear)

    Yeah, I'm excited to start slowly getting some more "real" modifications instead of the other aesthetic, etc type of mods.

    I did a quick check to see how far the bolts would stick up beyond the bump stop and it was making me a little nervous. They were looking pretty tall...I really don't want to cut them but it may be necessary.

    Updated the OP with a Photoshop of what my future plans are with the truck!

    Picture includes IVD/AP lift, Baja Rack, Airflow snorkel, Pelfrey H/C rear with swingout/Rotopax, VR8000S winch, and stock wheel look. Some of these mods are still up in the air, and the picture obviously doesn't include skids and other mods like a bed mat.

    I hear ya, I didnt like cutting mine either. I've got spare u-bolts up the waz now... I picked up some 5/8" u-bolts from ruffstuff instead of the ap bolts to try something different and get a beefier bolt, same price too. The 5/8" bolt is definitely beef ha and fits thru the AP plate with less wiggle room so the seem to tighten down better.

    Nice photoshop too by the way, looks pert sweet :D
