I think you are full of shit but if this is real and you let someone break your brother's tooth, key and egg your truck and didn't do anything about it (either by calling the law or kicking his ass) then you deserve everything that happen to you.

In my earlier days I would say beat the shit outta him, but now, I realize it ain't worth it. But stand up to him, let him know you ain't afraid. Get up in his face and tell him to make something of it, stare him down and he will most likely back down.

 

That's definitely the right thing to do. If you were looking for a fight, let him start it but if you don't want anymore problems, go this route. Either way, he should pay for the truck.

This is hard cause I remember how high school was, but you have one more year til he is out of high school, don't make the first move to cause a fight, but that is how I avoided alot of fights. But soon you'll be out of high school and will never have to deal with him again. Be the bigger man. I will guarantee he is scared of you.
