Had a shop install my lift and align my PreRunner on Wednesday. The steering wheel is just a tad bit off. Gonna take it in tomorrow morning to get it realigned. I hope they get it right and give me the specs this time.

Noob question, but what should I request as far as specs for the alignment in order to be good to go?

I wanna make sure it's done right so I don't have to worry about it for the time being.

Finally decided to hack my exhaust:

Also starting to think about an AAL/shackles for my Wheeler's 5 packs.

A good way to go is 0* camber. They can sacrifice the caster and toe a little in order to get the camber to 0* if necessary, but neither should be greater than .4* > or < 0*. IIRC

Made a bed bar today and mounted a little led light on it for a backup light. Went to test the light the preexisting wire for my switch must have been rubbed down to the copper and it grounded itself which caused a lot of smoke while the wire was glowing orange and melted a lot of my other wiring for my hellas.

Either upper or lower ball joint let go causing one to separate. Thank god I had just gotten off the highway. Long story short some poon saved me from wrecking it on the high way

    Fuck dude, glad you're okay.

Seeing all these happen lately prompted me to change my original (180k) lower balls. My uppers are good now, complements of all pro.

I am more than capable of doing it myself but this one is on Toyota. My upper is stock 120k miles. Lower is 5000k napa ones. Big quality difference

Okay thanks man. I'll ask them to set the camber to 0 and then check the specs and if their way off I'll take it in again or something.

^Wow. When I saw the thumbnail of this picture, I thought you had the best IFS flex I've ever seen! Clicked on the link, another ball joint failure, no good.

replace them when the boots rip or when they become loose. Also always use locktite and a torque wrench when installing the LBJ.
