    When I was a kid I did get a thumbs up from a fellow VW Bus driver. We were both freezing our asses off. Air cooled engine and no heat to speak of. What was I thinking? We were idiots.

    Tacoma has nice heat, nice stereo and nice A/C. Maybe we just are in our comfy world and don't notice the waves.

    Yeah man, I've lived here about a year. Not the greatest area but my brother and I aren't too worried about it. It's pretty close to UAA, which we both go to, so that was a positive thing and the apartment is actually a pretty good size. We were living in ER but that was a bit too much driving just for one class a day or whatever

    Saw 2 red double cabs heading towards Anchorage on the Glen, one seemed mostly stock with a mesh grill, URD sticker on the side and red Air Force sticker on the rear window.

    The other was lifted with black wheels.
