Rearview mirror in my way!

I was having this same problem and this is what I did. So the mirror pivots at 2 spots one at the windshield and one at the mirror, do this, bend the pivot at the mirror down (point mirror to the seat) and then push the mirror up moving the pivot at the windshield up and then adjust mirror so you can see, this should have positioned the mirror up higher.
AKA Shove that dam thing as high as it will go, worked for me. Kinda common sence but took me like 3 months of owning it before I finally did something about it.

 

It had the buckets.

 

Oh wow that would be perfect!! If I hadn't just installed a rear view camera override switch! Now the switch is right were the bracket would be installed.

Its really isnt that bad, mostly when looking for a parking spot on the right side and stuff like that.

Ill just learn to live with it. BTW Im 6'4''

 

Well that's your problem! Just shrink a bit and you'll be fine... no big deal

Isn't the switch for the camera at the shift lever?
Couldn't you have tap that switch instead and place an extra switch nex to the cup holder?

 

Sorry guess i didnt see your post before. That worked great!! why didnt i see that!! I was able to move it up just to were i could get to the switch and have much better viability now!!

Because It looks freaking AWESOME!! and why take up valuable restate down by my cup holder!!
