Eh, I haven really noticed much power loss if any, although I have been taking it easy, I don't want to wear the edges of the knobs like I did whipping around my old BFGs.

It's tough to get any resale out of high-wear parts like that. Hell I was gonna put my OME suspension up for $50 :notsure:

Yea that's what I figured. I'm not too worried about it though. If anything I can always offer em up for free and if not just dump em.

CB radio install looks awesome. I've been looking adding something very similar, just curious where you picked up the radio and the antenna? On the install, did you just splice into the dc power behind the two stock ones?

I painted my brake calipers and drums the other day. While the tires were off I compared them to my old ones. Last but not, least I bought a surplus ammo can to use as a tool box.

Drove mine on the highway today and saw a base model 2nd gen Tacoma...and noticed they look really weird with the big fender flares they have and the tiny wheels/tires...kinda like this (only I thing the one I saw was an SR5, so had the add on flares too): [IMG]

How big are those new tires compared to your old ones... Assuming you had 31x10.5r15 originally what size are the new ones?

They almost look like 255/85 r16, but the rim size looks the same... :notsure:

You might as well just throw them up there for something at least. I was trying to get rid of my stock front bumper and everyone told me they could never give them away. Looked on cragslist and found some and put mine up for like $10 cheaper (I think it was like $80, or see how much they are new and mark it down a ton) and some guy bought it from me for $60. :notsure: Same thing happened with my rear bumper. Those people who told me weren't too happy lol. Market value vs book value :D

I ended up selling my bucket seats, with the brackets cut off the seat rails and two busted up head rests, for like $85

I'd just get a small rubber ball or tennis ball and slip it over the antenna for it to hit the tail gate. Paint it black. Call it a day.

With all the Lower Ball Joint failure going on lately I figure I should replace mine... Especially since the lower passenger BJ has been leaking through a hole in the boot. Can anyone tell me the difference in these two styles? Why does one have 4 bolt holes(square face) and the other just two bolt holes (L shape)? I'm not sure which style to get, although I believe the stock LBJ is the "L" shape.

The AAL on my drivers side is off and not aligned with the rest of the leaf pack. Am I okay driving around with it like that or does it need to be aligned with the rest of the pack? Knock it straight with a hammer or bring it back to the shop that installed it? :notsure:

Hammer it. Is it just me or should there be clamps that hold it in place to keep it from doing that? :notsure:

It's fine, just ignore it. Mine does/did the same thing. I hammered on it but it always ended up like that so I gave up after the first couple of months and never had problems.
