    A set of hack stands is like 30 bucks lol. Or check Craigslist.

    Dispite this I still don't have Any and still have to borrow then all the time lol

    Yeah I went to HF yesterday to pick up more jack stands and a shop crane. It's already up on stands now and getting everything pulled.

    I'd set the frame height about as high as you can get it since it'll be nicer for working underneath it...! At least 25" frame height (most likely you'll end up around here for ride height)

    Oh and.. POWER WASH THE SHIT out of the underside before you cut...

    Also for a safety concern, I would change out the cinder blocks. They really aren't designed for that type of weight on them. They can give way at any time and I wouldn't want that to happen especially if you are under the vehicle... Food for thought.

    Yeah, I had thought about that, but I also didn't want to extend the jack stands to the point of being unstable. I figured putting the wood in between the blocks and the stands would help displace the weight and absorb shock/impact.

    Also figured I could tack weld the jack stand arm to the metal base, as well as to the frame for additional stability. :notsure:
