She freaked out that you had alcohol at lunch and didn't wanna serve you more?

Pretty much - timeline of that day:

11:30ish we all had two beers and beer cheese soup at the Flying Saucer.
2-4ish we were at Martin House brewery and had three beers.
4:15ish we arrived at Rednecks for dinner and a few more beers. Instead this happened.

It was pretty hot yesterday and we all had a couple of waters here and there trying to stay decently hydrated since we were on the motorcycles. Even Martin House had free water out for everyone.

I guess the waitress must have been new but that still doesn't excuse the managers behavior.

Pretty much our thoughts also. The waitress's actions were ok; but the way the fat bastard of a manager came over to set us straight was bullshit. He didn't offer an apology or introduction either; he just jumped in the middle of it.

He should of just came up to yall and expressed his concerns instead of assuming so much, probably would have been a more understanding experience.

Exactly - had he come up and said that there was a concern but it was obvious we were fine, then apologized for it then it would have been a non-issue. It was the "because of this you now must order a main meal" part that pissed everyone off. Because his waitress couldn't identify drunk from non-drunk people? Also - if he says they do not serve drunk people he is a liar.

Just spoke with a regional supervisor (I think) from Redneck Heaven. I feel pretty confident that the issue has been resolved.

He was happy I was persistent in reporting the problem (their email sucks and was getting rejected) and was upset to hear about it. He heard me out and agreed about the manager's actions. He said he was calling the store manager there and I will hear from him tomorrow about the resolution. He also offered a gift certificate to make up for the experience and to get me to give them another chance.

I have been up there a couple of times now and this was the first bad experience I have had. I have friends that are up there all the time and they love the place.

Have you been to Revolver in Grandbury? Might be a good place for a meet.

Yeah; I have a shelf full of glasses. What do you want to know? lol They have good beer and run from 12-3 sharp. As for a meet; it might be a little rough. There is lots of open room, some tables, no AC, and a limited amount of beer choices. They have one food vendor too. For the beer guys; they will like it. The non-beer snobs will not really care for it.

Also - I went to Martin House this last weekend. I will be up there again; guarantee that. Their Day Break beer is pretty dang good.

*I live about 10 minutes from Revolver so if you do head down this way give me a shout. I might be able to meet you there.

I'm thinking about adding a cb radio to the tacoma. I would like to have some communication and know the weather when I'm out at PINS. I've never had a CB radio, so can anyone recommend and maybe help with the install? I'm willing to make a drive if I have too :)

Also, I would like to mount the CB in the middle compartment and add the antenna to the bed cleat if possible.

If anyone can also help with a cab mount chop too? I might as well try to knock out two birds with one stone if I can :)
