You don't. You put her in the sink, turn the water on, hold on as long as you can.

    LOL!!!!

    Classic.

    Not unlike:

    "Put cat in toilet
    Close lid
    Sit on lid
    Flush toilet repeatedly"

    Inside cat.

He had playmates for most of his life. He's become much more "needy" since the last one went to the Great Catbox in the Sky.

But other than some signs of "losing it", he doesn't show any signs of being almost 140 in cat-years.

Mutt from the pound. It is a fairly common marking though. He looks nearly identical to the tom I had when I was a kid. This guy like to fight, too. Fearless. He isn't afraid of the mower until I get with about 4 feet of him. He spends half his time outside. Just took him to the vet Saturday because he had a puncture would (bite) on a foreleg that was swelling. Mr. Tough Guy.

LOL. Jeanne totally want to put a GPS or camera on him. He gets up on our roof and the houses next door.

He has actually tried to take down a couple hawks that have been hanging out in our street. And we have watched him walk across the street right up to a another cat and bop it in the face, like, hey, come on, let's play. they didn't' fight or anything. It was a trip.

Zoot had a growth on his leg so in for surgery he went. Always sketchy having an 18 1/2 yr old kitty go under the knife but he came out alright, just a little groggy last night. His bandage makes him keep his leg straight and the way he walks around with it cracks me up. Gimpy kitty FTW!

We have been fostering cats for a local rescue for about 3 years now, some are hard to let go, especially the really cool ones. I have more but will post them in waves so I don't appear too crazy.

Yes, with the exception of 2, all of them are rescues. I use to HATE cats, then I met a Cornish Rex and my mind was changed forever.

About 2 years ago we rescued 6 Rexes from a "backyard breeder". The lady had 6, all male, locked up in a closet because she was tired of breeding. They all had horrible ear mites, were so dirty and covered with scratches. One had ear mites and an ear infection so bad, that his head is permanently tilted to one side. We adopted all but 1 out, which we didn't keep, the owner of the rescue kept. We now have 3 of those 6 back in our house, and will never leave. Some times people just don't understand what they are getting into with a Rex, no matter what we tell them.

Fostering has been very rewarding. In total now we have had more than 100 cats come through our house, on their way to finding their permanent home. About 99% of the cats we have rescued/fostered have come off the euthanize list at the county shelter.

I will go through my pictures tonight and find some of my others.
