Wow that's nuts. they let you get the ATI damper? a low low back pressure exhaust should net 475hp per gmpp engineer without the damper. They allow headers right?

Best way is a socket and hammer to get it out. Or, if you have a press, use a socket and press. They show those ways in the video too. We used a press at LSK but Ive seen shops use the hammer and socket meathod too. Just need WD-40 and some patience.;)

2" x .120 tubing works as well and your not pounding on a socket. Or a ball joint press from AutoZone works as well

alright guys got a question here, so i have some grinding noise coming from the 3rd member it i believe. it acts up when i accelerate and when i let off the gas, but when i re apply the gas it start up again just for a second until it starts to spin. it happens at slow speeds and high speeds. locker works still...tires turn, its drivable..any suggestions of what it could be? gears grinding, pinion bearing?

Check if there is any play at the pinion yoke. Crush sleeve could have not been crushed well and could be the pinion bearings

Me too. But mine whines the whole time I'm on the gas, then buzzes when I let off or get on the gas. I'll hopefully find out what it is when I regear

Kit doesnt have much bumpsteer. Brian had tightened the pass side steering heim bolt after lucerne so I wanted to check out the issue myself. We jacked up the truck at the shop and checked. There was some bumpsteer first time we lifted it. Definitely not as much as the lucerne pic. So we pushed on the tires and they had quite a bit of play. We pulled the rack booties and found that the pass side bolt was still tight, but the driver side rack adapter bolt (the 1/2in bolt for the heim) was loose and the hole is a little wallowed out. We tightened the bolt and dropped the truck, moved it and jacked it up again and heres the pic.
