    Actually, it went really well. No red flags, the inspector was good. Sewer line could not be filmed because no city cleanout at grade and the cleanouts in the basement had way too many close bends for him to feed it in. Since it is 1924, this indicates the line in most likely on its last legs, so we negotiate to have him install a cleanout so it can be brought up to code and inspected, but even then it will be orangeburg or clay with problems and because it goes under the detached garage slab will need to be replaced by pipe burst/trenchless. So, I think we might get $5k knocked off the selling price which will lower out property taxes and loan/interest.
    I used my first ignore a few weeks ago on gprice who kept trying to pray for me in the creation/evolution thread.
