My leg day too... what do you mean getting your wrists used to squats? Put the bar on your traps/back then boom... Squats

I cross my arms while pointing my elbows straight out and let the bar sit across my neck and shoulders.

That's a good one too... harder on my knees so I can't do that one but it's really good for your legs

I havent tried that one. I am usually cleaning the bar up to my chest and than squat from there so I keep my hands on the bar. I dont have a good squat rack. Just a bar or smith machine.

Hmmm that sucks man.. Front squat doesn't work well for me either... but it should be on your collar bone/shoulders and wrists should just keep it in place..

Chest and leg day was for me yesterday. Tards were dicking around with the bench press so I had to use dumbell press for my chest exercise. I never feel like I hit my pecs hard enough with dumbell press vs barbell press.

    Dumbell press:
    3x10 40 lbs
    6x8 55 lbs
    5x5 70 lbs

I wanted to go for 80 lbs's, but I was afraid of dropping the dumbell on my face. Need a spotter.

    Squats:
    3x10 135 lbs
    6x8 185 lbs
    3x5 225 lbs

    Seated leg press:
    6x8 270lbs
    3x3 360 lbs

I'm limping around today. My legs are crazy sore, but my arms and chest feel fine. I really need that barbell chest press to make my workout more worth while.

Taking today off, then Chest, tri's, and deadlift tomorrow.

Maybe try 5x5 with 80s or 90s. A little tricky getting up. I put them on my knees and rock back. Once lying down I let them sit on my chest parallel with my body. Then press up and rotate the dbs at the same time to get them into starting db press position. Or throw in some dumbell inclines. Also, flies will help destroy those pecs.

Well, since having jaw surgery I have been working hard to get back to at least where I was pre-surgery. Lost a lot of weight due to a completely liquid diet for 6 weeks all of which was muscle lol. I'm at 208 lbs now (215 before surgery) and did a low rep bench day. Got 2 reps at 205 which ties my PR. Don't sound like much, but I am happy with it as I am 6'2" with very long arms and naturally quite an ecto... It's the little wins that make the difference.
