Find anything at extremes of adjustment (aside from what you've mentioned)? Everything installed correctly? Frame alignment?

Hmm... Set the Camber on both sides to +.5 (no more then +1.0*), if not 0 it out across the board. After that see where that puts you back on the toe. If all else fails man, get a second look at it at a different shop. I hate freaking alignment man. Speaking of which I need to get one after my all around lift!

    Definitely adjust the camber.

The order of adjustment is as follows due to movement: Caster, then camber, then toe.

Caster looks fantastic, you are within half a degree between the left and right side. Camber on the other hand is out of whack, and it is no wonder you are pulling to the left, the right side is butterflyed out while your driver side is inward, both sides are contradicting themselves which is never good anyways. Since we are off road vehicles and need a little bit more of a contact patch from the tires, you can either set it to 0.00* or 1.00* (just to give you an idea, I am going to be setting my front camber to about .5* to get a little bit of positive camber, yet still keep wear to a minimum) As for toe, you want to be within a no more then +.10 range, reason for this is since we are rear wheel drive vehicles the driving force from the rear causes the front wheels which are stationary to pull away from each other slightly which will change your toe alignment to exactly 0.00* when the vehicle begins moving.

    Problem solved :)

What just kills me is that these alignment machines are supposed to make it easy to do. Yet they perpetually f-it up. I don't get that.

You can ABSOLUTELY tell an alignment shop exactly what kind of specs you are looking to hit! After you adjust the camber you will always need to re-adjust the toe even if it was previously zeroed out before the camber adjust because you have now changed the up and down angle of the tire (hub) itself, which in turn changes the angle of the side to side (toe) of the tire.

Well the problem here is that just because it is green, does not necessarily mean they are good specs. The manufacturer may give specs to the alignment companies to use in their software, but given there are hundreds or even thousands of makes and models it makes it nearly impossible to get it correct. Not only that, a lot of these modern day techs get thrown into doing alignments with no proper education behind how alignments work and why everything matters and works in perfect harmony with each other. At the end of the day, once you receive some good and proper education on alignments, then and only then will you be able to do them without worrying about what color the specs are in, and that's what these techs do not understand.

Your caster is fine. You are lifted and truthfully you are pretty damn close to 3* and as long as you have some sort of positive caster, you will always end up tracking good, the only difference is the less caster you have, the less feedback you receive from the steering wheel and the more susceptible it is to road crown.

The best example to look at caster is to look at a modern day chopper, look at the way the front wheel sticks out SUPER forward. They are awesome highway cruisers, but at the end of the day they are not good for taking twisties. Too much caster can be a bad thing as well.

Let me know how fantastic it drives after, and if they were able to get the proper adjustments out of the room you have to adjust! :D

Mine is pretty fucked up as well, but it surprisingly handles quite well all things considered that I didn't do an alignment right after lifting. You can also if you desire, set your camber to (NEGATIVE) -.2-.5* which will make the truck handle much better, but if you like to do some wheeling, it may not be ideal. I was toying around with the idea but I do not think I am going to do it after all and stay positive on the camber.

LoL I love it for now, I feel like a kid again, but I know eventually its gonna become too much, especially if I get headers, ohhh my.

Took the roomie for a spin, went nice and easy, asked her if she was ready... then easy on the gas I brought it up to about 4K RPM, and floored it. She screamed, covered her ears, and may have needed a new change of panties. LMFAO.

Honestly man, the more I think about it, I bet anything that shop just didn't know how to do an alignment. Looking at the tabs, things just didn't make sense. All of the tabs were centered for the most part except for that one.... other than that, your truck drives fine!
