u-joint lube

What kind of lube should I use for the U-joint?

Can I use the same stuff that I would use for my upper control arms or is there something specific?

 

I use lucas red & tacky from advance auto...works great

 

Service manual says NLGI Gr 2. I picked up a tube of Lucas "Xtra Heavy-Duty" green grease and will be using it for U-joints, control arms, and my Deeza sway bar links.

I've been using this also for a bit. seems to be good and not wear/leak out too fast in the heat.
