They had the TRD package in 2000...??? I didn't know that. How can I tell if mine is a TRD?

Anyway I just paid $7,000 for my 2000 SR5, 4x4, Extra Cab, 4cyl Auto with 145k on it. Just to give you an idea.
A month before I bought it, new shocks & struts, tierods, brakes and front rotors, complete exhuast.

Honestly, I've been looking for close to 6 weeks before I found mine. With your low miles, I would start around KBB's value. You can alway go down, but can't go up once you start to deal with someone. Try $12,900.

    Here's a pic.

They did make the TRD packages for the 4x4 and Prerunner's in 2000. Since all of the suspension components have been changed... a way you can tell is if you have the RR Diff Locker button... it is located to the left side of the steering wheel; by your dash dimmer.

also, it came with the black flares... which yours doesn't have unless the previous owner removed them for the chrome fender trim.

I only have a button that says ECT PWR button. The manual says it's for more power. It sounds like it makes the auto trans "shift" at a higher RPM when it's on. Maybe for hauling heavy loads, or towing.

On the 2000 trucks that did have the TRD package, did it have the TRD logo sticker on the bed like the 01 through 04's did?

yes.... i have a 2000 TRD and it does have the sticker. And if you don't have the RR locker, you don't have a TRD.

So, why did you ask if you already know. Yeah, I've seen them too, but they are still for sale after 3+ months. It's ontly worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Price it high and sit on it for a while, or price it fair and sell it fast. All depends on how fast you need the cash. Do what you gotta do...:)
