wheel offset question for 2013 tacoma

newbie here so pardon the dumb question

i have a 2013 tacoma prerunner texas edition that has the
17 inch 6lug x139.7 +18 offset

im interested in these wheels that have a +25 offset (same 17 inch)

will this fit?

 

How wide is the wheel you are looking to fit? If it's the same 17x7.5" width as the stock TRD Sport wheel, then it should be fine, as the stock wheel is +30mm offset. If it's 17x8" or 17x9", you may have rubbing issues with the suspension.

 

original is 17 x8 and the replacement im thinking of is also 17x8

 

What reason did you get the texas edition for if not the wheels ?

 

I actually did my homework and the dealership i went to gave me a cheaper deal than any other toyota dealership who was giving me a more expensive deal on just a regular sr5.

went there end of the month...talked to literally 12 dealership..and this dealership gave me a tx edition brand new for a lil less than 26k

 

Ahh not bad at all I got mine for 26.5

 

17x8" with 30 mm offset may cause the tire to rub the spindle or UCA. Not sure if a thinner 245 tire would clear compared to 265.

Hard to predict. Measure your current wheel/tire installation and see if moving the wheel 7mm inboard would cause rubbing.
