Mine is behind my rear seat on the passenger side. Quick disconnects go to both the front and rear bumpers.

Have you done a test fit of the twin compressor? There is no way that thing will fit under the seat. Under my seat is a 1000w inverter and under the passenger is my yaesu radio. I'm almost out of room for anything else.

I was looking at the VIAIR system and mulling over the same issue, I think with the longbed you could get it up in front of the rear tires between the fender and the bedside. That would get it off the cab for vibration and in-cab noise, and outside for better breathing. I haven't checked clearances on it yet though....
I really want a tank, but I haven't figured out where to put that yet.

I can't find the picture but someone has a Viair OBA in the rear drivers side storage box in the bed. Very slick setup I will mimic one day. Tight on space so make sure you get the right kit.

I have seen that same setup while looking for ideas but believe it was a p400 single pump... not sure if the twin will fit but I did like how he plated the bottom for debris cover... ill see if I can find the link

Hey Talon, are you not afraid that it will get too hot in that spot? I remember when we were airing back up with your uncle Chris's compressors overheated and shut down after airing up 6 tires (had 2 to go on the Jeep). His is in the engine bay.

I would think you could fab up a box under the bed. Then it would be protected from the elements and out of the cab.

Did you end up using the tool box Jason traded you?
