You may can put some short ubolts around the leafs. I actually took flat bar drilled 2 holes. One top one bottom and used bolts to make clamps. I made 4 clamps in all 2 per side. Have not had any trouble since with leaf springs moving.

what would you guys recommend? I'm having an issue with the predrilled holes being to high. I drilled thru and can't get my bolts in because of the curvature of the rail. The holes are already existing in the rack and my bed now, would it be easier to attempt to somehow drag the hole down making it more like a slot, or should I just make an entire new hole in the rack and rail?

For any of you with experience with Rigid LED bars, should I get two dually D2 driving for $238, one 40" single row spot/flood for $624, or one 20" double row spot/flood for $437?

I've never seen them in the dark before but I have an opportunity to get them at discounted pricing. I've already got a 20" single row blitzpro but want something better. It's ok but I need more light.

It wouldn't be till fall/winter anyway. I'm just thinking ahead. Gotta get tires first.

Can you just bore out the existing holes ( in the rack and rail) with the next size up bit? Will that give you enough leeway to get the bolt in?

I ended up doing that on mine just to make getting the bolt in easier when lining up and installing the rack.

Replaced my 3rd idler pulley in 4 years:mad: This time I didn't change it in time it failed causing the belt to fall off wheeling and nick my alternator belt. 1st replacement was Toyota factory, 2nd two were autozone... They all are cheap bearings. Anyone have luck with something I haven't heard about:D
