My ac was working fine on the way to work this morning.

I went to lunch an hour ago and the AC and heat does nothing on any of the settings.

checked the fuse- fuse is good. turned the car on and off many times and nothing...

    Any idea's?

    thanks
    Alex

what fuse did you check? and what exactly isn't working? is it only the blower fan inside the cab? does the clutch kick on the a/c compressor? you really need to get more details before anybody can help you.

Check the wiring at the bmr. Regulator or writing fry due to bad connection/arcing at the connection of the blower motor. It's a tsb that Toyota does not talk about. :banghead:

The 10 fuse labled AC under the hood is the one i checked.

When i try it at idle it seems like the idle changes just a tad like its trying to do somthing but no fan or blower noise after that.

I try to turn the AC on in all settings and nothing worked, no air of any kind comming through the vents, did not hear the blower or anything like that.

Tried heat in all settings, again nothing happened, no air of anykind or temp. moving out of the vents.

Your blower isn't working. It's yoyr resistor or connector to your blower fan. It's located on the passenger side. Mine quit I could jiggle the wire and get it to work bit eventually took it to dealer and they replaced the connector and resistor.

just went out there and looked at blower motor and all the connections looked fine. turned on air and blew out just fine. wiggled the wires to see if maybe loose while running and didnt cut off. but then it wasnt working 3 hours ago.

No, you don't have to remove box to locate the wiring/connector for the blower motor
