    took the truck around the coffeeland for a bit to check the clearance of my exhaust reroute

    glad to say it clears, so not only does it sound good.... It werks too!

    took a few shots with the gopro of the f/r suspension as it is now, and of the new exhaust reroute.
    gotta say, im pretty satisfied.

    When it is time for a new muffler, I'll likely reroute similar to this and get it as close to the frame rail as possible. Good idea.

    sounds great, clears fine; the leaf pack clamp gets prettttttty close but it's all G

    I stole this idea from monte though haha

    Almost seems worth tacking on a thick patch of tube as armor right where it comes close to the sharp angle of the clamp. But then who give a shit if you get a hole in the pipe there. I guess it is a compromise of getting it close to the frame but still have it exit under the fender.

    Magnaflow 14 or 18?

    I gotta get some spanner wrenches or some punches to lift the front a bit....for now im enjoying the cv angles haha

    i dig it, loud enough to notice, quiet enough to not bug the neighbors or everyone around

    sweet spot is around 2000rpm, above and below that you can hardly hear it in the cab
    no cabin drone at all

    Yeah, when it is time, I definitely want more subtle, especially long road trips down 395. Mike (Dig) has the 18, too, right? He's old like me.

    I set up an island wide meet in waimea a few days ago, which is about an hours drive
    Couldn't really hear it at all at cruise speed, was nice and loud when I pulled into the meet :D
